The Ladies Learn to Sail Course is a weekend long course aimed to provide ladies with an introductory knowledge of sailing and crewing on a cruising yacht. We set sail aboard a luxury 40ft yacht in a small group of 6 sailors plus our friendly, experienced instructor Laura. Over the weekend, we will spend time sailing in the harbour, learning about how to propel the vessel with the wind, navigation and safety onboard. Every participant will have the opportunity to helm the vessel while under sail.

Each day we will stop for lunch in a beautiful bay, where we will learn about how to anchor and tie knots while enjoying the scenery. We also try to enjoy some down time where the sailors can relax aboard, or head into the water for a swim.

It’s a fun hands-on course to enjoy being on the water while learning sailing skills with likeminded ladies.
